Kyukyoku TigerHeli - Toaplan Arcade Garage Arrives on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 on 26th February 2026

We’re excited to share that Kyukyoku TigerHeli - Toaplan Arcade Garage, the fourth entry in the highly acclaimed M2ShotTriggers line, will be blasting onto Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 via digital release on 26th February 2026!
Clear River Games, a video game publisher specialising in classic and retro games, has a long-held partnership with legendary arcade developer, TOAPLAN, and now, for the first time outside of North America and Japan, modern gamers have the chance to own a slice of gaming history with Kyukyoku TigerHeli - Toaplan Arcade Garage, including the two seminal "Tiger" games: Kyukyoku Tiger / Twin Cobra (1987) and Tiger-Heli (1985).
With development duties carried out by M2, known for their unrivalled attention to detail, gamers can expect peerless conversions of each classic. Kyukyoku TigerHeli - Toaplan Arcade Garage also comes complete with a generous range of extras for fans to explore: "M2 Gadgets" (on-screen data overlays), Super Easy modes, and Arcade Challenge modes to help you master every stage.
Fans wanting even more are in luck as Kyukyoku TigerHeli - Console Ports + Get Star Pack is coming too! This DLC includes PC Engine, FC, NES and Mega Drive console ports of Tiger-Heli and Kyukyoku Tiger, as well as the NES and Genesis versions of Twin Cobra. Plus the rare 1986 TOAPLAN arcade beat em’ up Get Star (known as Guardian in the West). This will be the first time it’s available outside of the arcades! The DLC will be included as part of the upcoming physical release.
Last but not least, TOAPLAN’s uniquely challenging puzzle game, Teki-Paki, will be available as a downloadable free bonus with every purchase of the base game!
